For one shop, AED 299 a month, every login included. For a three-branch trader, AED 649. That is the whole answer. The rest of this page is the arithmetic you were going to do anyway.
Priced per branch, not per person, because a parts business grows by opening a second shop and not by hiring a fourth man for the counter.

The striking thing about this market is not the prices. It is how few of them are written down anywhere. Figures below are the vendors' own published prices where they publish one, and worth re-checking before you sign anything.
| Vendor | How they charge | One shop | Three branches |
|---|---|---|---|
| MOTREX | Per branch, every login included | AED 299 / month | AED 649 / month |
| GRX | Per branch, per year, gated on user count | AED 2,500 / year (3 users) | AED 10,800 / year (15 users each) |
| Odoo, through a UAE partnerno public price | Per user, plus implementation | On request, plus a project fee | On request |
| GaragePlug and similarno public price | Per user, per month | On request | On request |
| A local custom buildno public price | One project fee, then support | On request | On request |
The shape matters more than the number. Charging per user means the day you put a second man on the counter, your software bill goes up. It also teaches a shop to share one login, which quietly destroys the audit trail that is half the reason you bought a system. Charging per branch means the bill only moves when the business actually gets bigger.
A cheap monthly figure with a five-figure implementation fee behind it is not cheap. Here is every line that normally sits outside the sticker price, and what we charge for it.
Implementation or setup fee
Common in this market, and it is charged once but it is real. Ours is nothing.

The genuinely separable modules are priced separately and listed in full on the price page: payroll and WPS, the customer portal, the rebuild centre, e-invoicing readiness, ZATCA for Saudi (coming soon), and WhatsApp notifications, from AED 99 a month. Most shops buy none of them in the first year.
AED 299 a month is around AED 10 a day. For a shop turning over even a modest counter, that is one mis-priced alternator. The question worth asking is not whether the subscription is affordable, it is what the current arrangement is already costing.
Count it honestly. A day of trading lost to a stock count. Parts sold below cost because the last purchase was dearer than the one before it and nobody on the counter knew. Credit extended to a customer who was already ninety days late. Capital sitting on a shelf in slow-moving lines nobody has looked at in a year. Any one of those, once, is more than a year of the entry plan.
And there is a date on the horizon. Every VAT-registered business in the UAE has to appoint an accredited e-invoicing provider by 31 March 2027 and transmit through it from 1 July 2027. The provider sends the invoice; your system still has to produce one that passes. A business whose invoices already live in one place is doing an integration then. A business running on spreadsheets is doing a migration under a deadline, which is the expensive version of the same job.

Most shops reading this are not choosing between us and nothing. They are on Tally, or a Zoho stack, or an Odoo build somebody set up two years ago. Those are line-by-line comparisons, not a paragraph.
Or the market pages, if the question is fit rather than price: the UAE, Dubai, Saudi Arabia.
