UAE e-invoicing starts 1 July 2027
Every VAT-registered business has to appoint an accredited provider by 31 March 2027 and be sending invoices through it from 1 July. The provider transmits; your system has to hand it a file that passes. MOTREX checks your customers, TRNs and invoice numbering against the PINT AE rules today and tells you exactly what would be rejected, which is the part that catches shops out with a year of unusable records behind them.

Competitor figures are the prices those vendors publish themselves, read in August 2026, and may change. Odoo and Zoho are priced per user, so their figure moves with your headcount.
The questions everybody asks
Why per branch and not per user?+
Because a parts business grows by opening a second shop, not by hiring a fourth man for the counter. Charging per seat would punish you for putting more people on the till, and it would teach your staff to share one login, which ruins the record of who did what. Every plan carries unlimited logins.
What does the free switch-over actually include?+
We take whatever you use now, Tally, Excel, Zoho, QuickBooks or a system nobody supports any more, and move your parts with their cost and selling prices, your stock on hand, your customers with their balances and credit limits, your suppliers with what you owe them, and up to 3 years of sales history. It is free on every plan, and most shops are working on MOTREX the same morning, usually inside 3 hours.
Do I have to switch everything on day one?+
No. Keep your old system running as long as you like. We load your data, you check it against your own figures, and you decide when to stop using the old one. Nothing is deleted anywhere.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes, 14 days, no card. We can load it with your own data rather than a demo company, which is the only way to really judge a system.
What about annual billing?+
Pay the year up front and you get two months free: Counter is AED 2,990 instead of AED 3,588, so you keep AED 598.
I have four branches. What do I pay?+
Growth carries three, and a fourth branch is AED 149 a month. So AED 798 a month for all four, or move to Group if you are opening more.
